We will be conducting a survey of users of the shuttle bus going to “Kanzanji Hot Spring”, the leading hot spring facility in Hamamatsu City!
We would like to hear your thoughts and feedback on the transportation access between Hamamatsu Station and Kanzanji Hot Spring so that we can improve our transportation services for international visitors. ＜Survey Outline＞
● Date December 4th (Sun), 9th (Fri), 17th (Sat) 10 participants per day
● International residents living in or around Hamamatsu City (All nationalities welcomed)
● You can choose one of the two courses below (A or B)
  A Course (Lake Hamana Cruise→Kanzanji Ropeway＋Lake Hamana Music Box Museum→Walking in Kanzanji Hot Spring Area）
  B Course (Lake Hamana Cruise→Take a bath in Hanasaki No Yu Hot Spring→Walking in Kanzanji Hot Spring Area)
● You will be required to answer a questionnaire after the tour.
● Participation is free (Includes shuttle bus fees, fees for each activity and lunch)

＜Schedule＞
10:50    Gather at JR Hamamatsu Station (Meet at the bus stop on the south side of the Entetsu Department Store (map))
11:00    Shuttle bus departs (Destination Kanzanji Hot Spring)
11:45    Arrive at Kokonoe Hotel Kanzanji
12:00    Lake Hamana Cruise (30 minutes)
12:30    Lunch (at Kanzanji Hot Spring town area)
13:30    A Course 　Kanzanji Ropeway＋Lake Hamana Music Box Museum→Walking in Kanzanji Hot Spring area
             B Course 　Take a bath in Hanasaki No Yu Hot Spring→Walking in Kanzanji Hot Spring Area)
14:50    Gather at Lake Hamano Kanzanji Hot Spring Tourist Association
15:00    Shuttle bus departs (Destination Hamamatsu Station)

November 30th (Wed)）※Applications will be closed when the number of applicants has reached the limit.

＊People with tattoos are not allowed to enter the hot springs.
For those with tattoos, we recommend that you sign up for Course A and use the free hot springs foot bath available in Kanzanji Hot Springs Town.

＊Only a limited number of people can participate in the upcoming round of monitoring. After submitting your application, you will not be able to cancel.
